  • Complete Lilas courses review
  • Get better understanding from Travis what was discussed in previous HackerRank meetings
  • Slack with Lila & Kat about remaining courses for review
  • Confirm with Mohammed the common requests
  • Send HackerRank marketing materials/one-pagers

  • [-] Test Weglot in templates for Datasnipper
    • [-] Can we adjust where the button shows up?
    • Can we adjust dynamic elements that translate and are too long?
  • Update fonts & Continue button color for TripleSeat.

  • Chubb Header dropdown - add space to FAQ
  • Submit feedback for:
    • Transcript page, Chubb online learning center - remove school & entire line
    • Check Fonts in table
    • Filters colors change - green highlight > Purple, and "clear all" blue > purple
    • No name for Kim and Jenelle, but exists for Steve. Could be based on Display Name? FEAT: Transcripts page - Clickable courses, Export of table "proof for learner", Last activity/last progress.
  • Send Sophia an overview of catalog & include Courtney on email as soft-intro.
  • Update End of Quiz Screens for Courtney at BigIdeas Learning.
  • Submit ticket for MATTR's requests: full-screen SCORM, progress bar not showing everything

  • HackerRank - Publish and force retakes on all courses in their LP.
  • Move HackerRank to old publishing.
  • Anthology - Test products on Dashboard with only Line images and Text product.
  • Anthology - Add Properties Updates to CSV Workflow.

  • Cin7: updating properties from course settings not working. Figure out fix.
  • Artera: Update CustomCSS tab with Milestone language.
  • Create topic list doc for CE Team Meetings
  • Ask Travis to sync privately with Alaina

  • Submit 2 CSQLs for Zenjob - one for PX and one for additional instance of CE
  • Zenjob - Clean "Internal Zenjob Testing" - remove everyone without a Zenjob email address. One domain - zenjob.com.
  • Part 2 - Add people to academy and add them to Internal Zenjob Testing group.
  • Ask about the following:
    • Can a person "speak" to a KC bot?
    • How does KC bot search work?
    • Will NP have improved search in 2024? Will AI be included?
  • Walmart: Back button from overview page takes a while to respond.
  • Mattr: Research Avner's Slack message on how they can grade a coding assignment in or out of CE.

  • [-] Renewal Tracker Tasks - start with Q2:
    • [-] Meet and tell CSMs.
      • CSMs to enter at least one above the line contact - if multiple, choose highest
      • Assign buddy as per Kat's message. Buddy's do not need to be notified.
      • Buddy is to ask for renewal sentiment. "Is there anything we need to be aware of for renewal?" Check LinkedIn for contacts.
    • Q2 finished by second week of March to give us enough time to plan/react --> Q3 - let's focus on getting these out by end of March --> Q4 - End of April
    • Standard ghost follow up every 2 weeks.
  • StopItSolutions, change button destination depending on property. Code block below is how you'd run it after page load and where the custom property lives.

  • Ask Katie/KC for all the domain > account group mappings.
  • Look into Looker Reporting for Group Count, at least 1% in progress, etc
    • Report with Groups and Group Members Count
  • Test ILTs without dates for more than 1 session.

  • Cin7 - End of Quiz Screen for Surveys - Activity: "Feature Course Survey", Message: "Thank you for your feedback."

  • As Katlin from G2 to explain how she got her metrics.
    • 'Since joining Gainsight we have a mandate to scale our community. You guys are doing it well. How do you do XF work? How did you get those numbers? How did you tie it to retention?'
    • Internal change management. They don't need to reference Northpass. You've mastered it, we'd love for you to do a session with our customers.
