## 11/07/2023
### Kickoff Call
Attendees:
* Rachelle Albright (Rachel) - Senior Learning Experience Designer
* Unpleasant LMS experience
* Worked with Skilljar in the past
* Courtney O'Reilly - Director of Education
* Employee/Partner/Customer Ed
* Two terrible LMS experiences
* Has implemented other LMS before
* Main POC & liason
* Gustavo Gonzalez - Learning Experience Designer
* Will be putting a bunch of content and testing it all out
* Good amount of LMS experience
* Cory Hebert -
* Shona Nabity - Biz Ops/Sales Enablement (Denver)
* Not on Courtney's team, but very cross functional
* Has LMS background but will try to get rid of bias
Notes:
* Currently has two LMS
* End of Jan LMS Contract, launch pre-Jan
* Integrations need to be turned on - CZ, etc
* Second half of January, migrating content from 2nd LMS
* What differentiates the two LMS?
* Nothing, really
* Jan LMS is tied to a product, but not a lot time time is allocated to it
* Next summer LMS has vision and the big ticket items
Design Call - this group all needs to be involved
Rachel - Organization of Content
Cory - Hardcore QA tester
Gustavo - UX and learner's standpoint
Shona - everything else - the glue
Availability - Mondays are best for everyone.
DONE: Send IT information for domains to Courtney. And screenshots of any embeds.
## 12/19/2023
### Launch Plan and Technical
They _must_ launch on January 22nd based on their previous contract expiring
A little concerned about next week and Hubert not working.
Want a commitment to finishing the designs (with their feedback) by the end of the week of the 2nd.
12/20 - Courtney working with HR to get things turned on with BBHR.
TODO: Clone courses from Cin7 Customer Academy to Employees and Partners.
TODO: In LX have TOC auto-expanded at each section.

### Defusing with Emily
Courtney says she understands what we're all going through.
Cin7 takes their CE/LMS _very_ seriously.
Demos had "design calls" which Cin7 thought they would be more consultative. She expected more pro-activity.
Expected a process --> here's version 1, go check it out. Instead, it was a fluid process which she didn't like.
