Design Sync
- Travis already supplied the team with examples
- They know what they want! Steve made a mock up.
Catalog page:
- Liked the Bubbles on Pipedrive
- Sidebar like Omnisend
- They have levels like beginner, expert, etc
- May not use user duration
- Wants to use JnJ's subcategory trick
- Vertical height of cards should all be the same!
- Using short description for course cards (250 characters)
- Tags on course cards - they will try to not overload tags
- Two levels of Branding -
- brand.chubb.com - high level - colors, etc
- merina design platform - super detail (how many pixels a box should be)
- Branding team is strict, but good at feedback. They will let us take a first pass and then give us feedback.
- Make this design iterative!

SSO Updates & Success Plan Questions
- Remediation plan is needed for SSO
- Almost ready with SSO stuff.
- Moving through internal documentation today
- Tentative Launch Date: March 8th
- Steve testing Group provisioning with Felipe.
- Steve to reach out about group creation. At most, 10 groups.
- Trying to figure out how to segment agents for grouping.
- Employee training is a "nice to have" and they are free to take as many courses as they want.
- Helps them be aligned with agents
Data and Analytics:
- Once SSO is setup, Steve will be pivoting to data pass through to Chubb.
- Ask Travis id Analytics Extracts was included.
- Data lake is currently being filled.
- Looking at Axway for connecting our systems.
Kim & what CISA is looking at from a high level:
- Agents completing courses and Data
- Data they need:
- Who is not completing courses
- 90 email journey - 30+ emails
- Emails for register for training
- Other emails directing agents to courses
- GOAL: Complete an entire LP based on their appointment.
- If they don't, they lose their Chubb appointment title.
- Very uncommon for people to have both Personal and Commercial - usually one or the other
- Wants to understand inactivity nudges
- Agent status - Independent Agents & can sell Chubb products but also competitors products.
Questions from Jenelle:
- What date do they use to start counting the 90 days? Assignment date? Email journey deployment date?
Jenelle will be working on generic courses - communication skills, intro to insurance, etc.

Soft Launch - Evening of March 22nd Wider communication will then happen sometime after the 22nd to make sure everything is ironed out. Brand new initiative for all agents. This academy is a "nice to have" for those agents. Used to only be available for CISA agents. Arbitrary number: 5k sign ups before EOY.
Other goals (Steve):
- Feed info back to marketing teams
- See where critical mass is gravitating to, what's useful etc,
- Follow up campaigns - Flood campaign and Flood module/course alignment
- Lots of dates align with marketing - 7/1 is a big date.
- Marketing metrics vary by product. The main goal is policy submissions and new policies.
- CISA - they want to get new submissions from agents.
- If an agent has submitted, that's a huge win.
- This year they are trying to track submissions.
- Courses should not be used to advertise submissions or marketing stuff.
- Just like webinars, this should be 90% agnostic information and then 10% Chubb-specific.
Plan on migrating webinar into the platform.
Qualtrics numbers:
- 2 check point courses with skips
- 8 people skipped the survey out of 25 completions
Steve question about SSO:
- How extensively can Northpass group people behind the scenes?

SSO - Not live yet, but working! Tuesday 4/9 ideal go-live date. End of Day, close of business around 5pm-ish EST.

New SSO go live date - Friday morning 4/12. Around 5am
Small update on their end.
Steve to update Auth settings and Norm/Charlie to update super admin openid_azure shared accounts type
Upper limit of all Agents provisioned under SSO is ~35k. "All Agent Comms" is around that number.
FYI and any collateral for Steve:
- Chubb's North America CMO wants to leverage CE data for leads
- Meeting with Kim & Steve's manager for that convo
- Meeting is on Monday with CMO.
- Steve is trying to steer the direction of not putting marketing assets into CE
- Educational value add only. Agents will be able to tell what is authentic ed materials and what's marketing.

- Kim is concerned about reporting. Wishes it "made more sense".
- They don't recall why someone was enrolled in a group.
- Learner Full Name is blank if First OR Last name is blank. Their SSO is only bringing over Last name.
- Steve would like the product to change that as soon as the auth page is opened, it reverts the SSO strategy.

Employee Access Updates:
- Transitioned employee auth to Azure
- Steve can get in using SSO, but then can also switch to admin view.
- Is this normal functionality?
- They have not been able to have non-admin learners to SSO in
- They will be using qualtrics soon and passing parameters.
- Grateful for the recent MCA name changes.

Chubb - they want 100% participation but that's not realistic. They are looking at 90%. CISA is receiving great feedback. They are looking at how many agents have been appointed (~1000/year) and of those 1000, how many are completing the cirriculum. This should lead them to their first submission! CISA is an in-house agency. "Agents that are coming in through CISA". With SSO connected, this is great. The list they send me is the list of already onboarding agents. They have received the onboarding email.
First Submission is the data they are really after. Steve will try and get a baseline of number of CISA agents that have done their first submission with x months. This baseline is what we can compare to post-academy influence.
Jenelle does the greater reporting at the account level. Agent360 profile. They report on courses and completions, and looking to find "top organizations". She is reporting on everything, but not all agents have Agency Names.
Chubb has huge investment in residential/academic program. This analysis that we're talking about right now is new to even the larger org and the huge investment from Chubb! This will set a precedent for the rest of the org.
Outside of data: they want to start using Gainsight across webinar archives and tracking those recordings. They want to track all attendance. Provides a nice lead! So this is pre-agent. Webinars are for agents that are already appointed but for new lines of business.
Steve & keeping us in the loop of rolling this out. July 10th moving away from legacy (Cornerstone). That population will come in around mid-July, so we should see a bump. All-Agent was originally end of July, but will likely be back to school. Agency Education in August. By September we should be fully launched. Canada - they don't have access to agent portal and we don't have multi-auth. Decision will be in 6-9 months.
