- Not on Courtney's team, but very cross functional
- Has LMS background but will try to get rid of bias

End of Jan LMS Contract, launch pre-Jan
- Integrations need to be turned on - CZ, etc

Second half of January, migrating content from 2nd LMS

What differentiates the two LMS?
- Nothing, really
- Jan LMS is tied to a product, but not a lot time time is allocated to it
- Next summer LMS has vision and the big ticket items

Launch Plan and Technical
They must launch on January 22nd based on their previous contract expiring A little concerned about next week and Hubert not working. Want a commitment to finishing the designs (with their feedback) by the end of the week of the 2nd. 12/20 - Courtney working with HR to get things turned on with BBHR. TODO: Clone courses from Cin7 Customer Academy to Employees and Partners. TODO: In LX have TOC auto-expanded at each section.

Defusing with Emily
Courtney says she understands what we're all going through. Cin7 takes their CE/LMS very seriously. Demos had "design calls" which Cin7 thought they would be more consultative. She expected more pro-activity. Expected a process --> here's version 1, go check it out. Instead, it was a fluid process which she didn't like.
