||
Scott has been in real estate for over 17 years. Commencing his real estate career in Armidale NSW, Scott was responsible for the back-end administration of the office’s business activities including accounts and HR, and also ran their office’s Strata Management portfolio. Throughout Scott’s nearly 10 years, he learned operational skills for all aspects of the business. Prior to this Scott worked for Elders for 10 years, as an Agronomist.

Prior to joining LJ Hooker, Scott spent 7.5 years with First National as a Business Growth Manager. Scott was responsible for ensuring his offices were utilising the resources available to them from First National and became a business mentor to many principals and staff. Throughout his tenure at First National, he also sat on the Regional & Rural Chapter and organised their annual conference each year. Scott was the implementation specialist for one of First National’s digital marketing programs conducting online training with staff.

Throughout Scott’s working career, he has had a passion for the success of regional businesses. Scott enjoys working with real estate businesses to implement new operating initiatives so that their presence in their community is well respected and they are successful and profitable.
