Alexandra has a proven long-standing history working in the real estate industry for the last 17 years. Alexandra started her real estate Sales career in Chatswood, in the Sydney Lower North Shore and then continued selling homes in this area for franchise real estate businesses. </p>
|
||
<p>
|
||
Seeing great success in auctions and her passion for the auction process, Alexandra also became an auctioneer, having worked, and learned from some of the most respected auctioneers in Sydney.
|
||

||

|
||
In 2016 Alexandra joined LJ Hooker, as a Network Performance Manager with her focus being on sales people training and performance, while leveraging her skills attained as an agent. </p>
|
||
<p>
|
||
Alexandra then spent time working for Macquarie Bank in Real Estate Business Banking, focusing on funding rent roll acquisitions, which has given her a thorough understanding of the financial management of real estate businesses.
|
||

|
||
In the last six years, Alexandra overlooked the NSW network for Century 21 real estate franchise. In this role, Alexandra was responsible for managing network sales performance, training, and helping existing offices with growth and strategy, as well as recruitment and expansion.
|

||
Alexandra has also been helping business owners with rent roll and business acquisitions, financial management, increasing profitability and recommending various technologies for creating efficiencies.
