They have a contract with OpenSesame
Wants to improve search functionality

They want to create categories based on departments
Something like sales with all the sales training in that category
Required training as well
Leadership training categories
Using Omnisend as an example
They will have mandatory training & open-access training/catalog
Employees should have a mix of both - required and self-enrolled.
For design, we either need a SOW or they need to do the work themselves.
Anika needs to ask her IT team to change her email to remove the +internal.
Emails need to be the same for Northpass Admin & Opensesame for the integration to work
