Lana let Catarina lead Current Feelings: * Too many workarounds * Everything is a band-aid * Sales said they could do things, but didn't realize how manual it was. Catarina's List: * Associating payment link to Learning Paths. Learning Paths don't have properties so we have an LP with an empty course? This seems odd * Learners blocked: * After internal launch and QA, majority of employees didn't get to cert page because they would get stuck on last course. * LP has 3 courses, last module of 2nd course. * Blank milestone was likely the issue. But now can only test post-launch or personal emails. * Seeing differences between different learners, legacy courses, etc. * Teach them how to reset course progress * Video lag - difference between video and audio. Image and audio are not lined up. Outside of Northpass, this is not an issue. * Patrycja mentioned to re-upload the asset, but that didn't help. * Name of video that caused issue: Module 6 of Foundations and Module 1 of Advanced Journey: * Landing page on Notabene website for the certification * Gateway to Northpass - this is the first thing they see * You give information even to take the free cert/course * If you're a customer, you would see free stuff --> This is a different journey * Upon signing, they begin onboarding playbook. Different CS packages & levels of training and what sort of support. * Signature -> Welcome email -> Low touch can sign themselves up relevant for their package + free stuff * Signature -> Welcome email -> CS Packages & link for certification * Abi: only other thing is the ability to purchase additional training as they move through their journey.
