And screenshots of any embeds. ## 12/19/2023 ### Launch Plan and Technical They _must_ launch on January 22nd based on their previous contract expiring A little concerned about next week and Hubert not working. Want a commitment to finishing the designs (with their feedback) by the end of the week of the 2nd. 12/20 - Courtney working with HR to get things turned on with BBHR. TODO: Clone courses from Cin7 Customer Academy to Employees and Partners. TODO: In LX have TOC auto-expanded at each section. ## 01/22/2024 ### Defusing with Emily Courtney says she understands what we're all going through. Cin7 takes their CE/LMS _very_ seriously. Demos had "design calls" which Cin7 thought they would be more consultative. She expected more pro-activity. Expected a process --> here's version 1, go check it out. Instead, it was a fluid process which she didn't like. ## 02/05/2024 ### Post-launch Notes DONE: They still need course migration for their instances. Invested in the academy. But the way they implemented groups might be too complicated They also need to consider how sales is using the academy Can we send Inventoro (new acquisition) content as a journey. Cin7 wants to be more proactive around sending content.
