Karla started her investment journey at just 18 years old, purchasing her first investment property in inner Sydney, which was a renovate or detonate! She has been landlord & Tenant and buyer & seller which has gifted her the experience and perspective from all sides of the real estate journey.
After owning a multimedia marketing and design company, Karla entered real estate on the gorgeous NSW south coast and within 6 months, she was simultaneously managing two offices.
With nearly 20 years’ experience, Karla has worn many hats and has received many accolades along the way including Business Manager of the Year & Property Management Agency of the Year. Karla’s passion for property management comes from being an optimist and a problem solver, there is always a better way to do something.
The scope of properties Karla has managed is more varied than most, rural farm acreages, coastal beachfront, inner city apartments and homes. The scope of tenants and investors is even wider.
