            <p>
              Katrina is a highly driven real estate professional with over 25 years in the industry. After purchasing her first investment property at 19 years of age, Katrina fell in love with the real estate industry and dreamt of making a difference in her hometown of Albury, NSW. Realising her dream by co-founding an independent real estate agency in her early 20’s before transitioning to the iconic LJ Hooker brand with over a decade of prosperous business. A relocation to Melbourne saw her take on management roles, leveraging her expertise in leadership and customer service. The opportunity to rejoin LJ Hooker saw Katrina take on the role with LJ Hooker corporate as “Network Performance Manager” for 7 years supporting offices across Victoria and Tasmania. Covid lockdowns prompted a move to the Gold Coast where she continued her dedication to the real estate industry as well as leadership coaching and an accredited DISC consultant and trainer.
            </p>
            <p>
              Katrina knows and understands the challenges agents and leaders face in today's competitive ever-changing work environment. Very skilled in motivating, coaching and developing staff, Katrina is a trusted advisor who gets immense satisfaction helping teams grow and become the best version of themselves.
