              Stepfanie has spent the last 15 years embedding her name in the property management industry. From a small seaside town receptionist in 2007 to a national business advisor and
              performance coach specialising systemising, streamlining and growing businesses, she has created a name synonymous with property management.
            </p>
            <p>
              Stepfanie has picked up a number of accolades along the way including our very own LJ Hooker QLD/NT Property Manager of the Year for 2 consecutive years and World Champion Property Manager of the year.
            </p>
            <p>
              Through the years, Stepfanie discovered her life’s mission in the field of coaching, training, and mentoring. This mission is to equip our leaders, and their teams with the skills to
              ensure a high standard of excellence is being delivered, businesses are constantly geared for growth and teams are trained to manage the day-to-day pressures of property management thus resulting in successful businesses with less burnout and higher retention.
