            Kathy has worked in the Real Estate Industry for the past 28 years. In her various roles, she has consistently worked hard to implement award-winning structures, policies and procedures to be able to provide great teams with a cohesive culture and provide a clear career progression where staff can grow with the company resulting in less turnover as well as high performing teams that maximises results. Kathy has successfully managed large teams and created award-winning offices nationally and internationally.

            Kathy's passion is to teach, mentor and help people grow in their personal and professional life and have the confidence and tools required to manage successful property management teams. She has created leadership mentorship programs enabling leaders to be skilled in all facets of property management, leadership and creating positive culture.
            </p>

            Kathy has also created an elite property management program that concentrates on the core skills that you need to move up to the next level and create consistency. She believes you need to have passion to get to the next level and achieve all your goals, believe in yourself and push yourself through to the next chapter.
