Once you are ready, you can launch the exam again and the timer will resume. As an example, the Level 3 Admin exam includes 1 free retake. The Gainsight Admin Level 3 exam is proctored, and rescheduling must occur 72 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. Please login to your Webassessor profile to reschedule your exam.
