Definitions: Admin training - Student SEL - Educator - Teachers looking for PD requirements ## 10/18/2022 ### Meeting with Cindy regarding Analytics? * Really just wants to know about new comms * Getting used to new reports - starting to dive into CS experience in onboarding wizard * Really want overall reports and high level with time frames * Understanding of when the reports are refreshed * The time delta is important because they use it to confirm that people trained * They might find out that someone completed training, but then go into NP and its not true ## 08/01/2022 ### Meeting & Priorities * They have an onboarding dashboard wizard and shows when they complete training. * ## 01/12/2024 ### New Head of CS - Deb Wants to build a CE program from scratch Limited bandwidth but "all hands on deck" until this gets launched How can best practices be shared across all different communities "World Class" type academy Monetization? They were at all kinds of conferences Syndication Content? Can they push it out into a marketplace Onboarding wizard in StopIt was amazing! Skilljar has nothing like that. Need: Support-led customers (1k+) also need to be consuming content - the numbers need to show. Resources? * All hands on deck means a lot of people will be creating content * Deb will be hiring PT Consultant to build the Northpass stuff Auth: Unsure Ideal World - Ungated, open access academy where parents can go for community resources. Parent's won't download the software. At the same time, gated content: they need more robust how-to and industry leader-ship support. General information based on role, and then break it into granular content for urban, rural, specific needs, etc. CXM/Implementation Team - they will enroll people based on customer's needs etc. Blockers - getting principals engaged and taking content. SEL is an add-on product that is "advanced training" and not every customer has SSO people in STOPIt. SEL is ## 2/15/2024 ### Testing UX in Stopit Notes: * Main page has app.northpass.com link, which is odd * User enters Stopit, see's course that says "in progress" * Northpass has no enrollment for this course/person * Learner clicks course, course overview page of Northpass, redirected? * NOW enrolled in NP. Concerns about exit/home button in LX - they need separate courses to redirect to separate subdomains * https://admin.stopitsolutions.com * https://admin.helpmeresources.com Possible TODO: In Custom CSS add `if course_name contains Helpme, redirect to link A, else, link B` * Course Completion Activity - it says "in order to activate your account." Am I not already activated? * This was in incognito mode. * How are people at 100% completion if they need to go back to the dashboard during the last activity? --> Some people completed. * Why not customize the end of course screen as well? --> wasn't available when they first implemented Northpass.
