### Gainsight Issue
Austin reached out to Michael Stalenwart. Michael emailed Glassdoor on 7/5 and said:

We noticed you have a custom object named northpass (northpass__gc), that was created as a "High Volume" Object. Gainsight does not allow writing to High Volume Objects in a transactional manner via the External API Integration which is causing the failure. If this is the case, then you'll need to create a "Low Volume Object" and add that in the integration setup of Northpass.
